Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return an item, the item must be returned to Gala Kids Store within 30 days of purchase date. It must be unwashed, unworn and in original conditions; including all original tags and packaging. We will start processing your return as soon as we receive it.

It may take up to 5 business days to process your return and issue a store credit. This credit will be equal to the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Store credit can be used toward an exchange or new orders and they don’t have an expiration date. Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be cancelled. 

 

To start a return / exchange process: 

1. Contact us at info@galakidsstore.com
2. Provide us with your order number and the item you wish to return. 
3. Submit a short reason for returning it. 
4. Ship the item using our provided return label. 
5. Once our team receives and processes the return, we will email you the Store Credit Code.

Keep in mind: 

• Returns are only accepted before 30 days after purchase date. 
• We don’t issue refunds at this time. We will issue Store Credit. 
• Return the item with all hang tags and unwashed.
