    Shipping Policies

    Gala Kids Store offers shipping through the United States, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and other territories and international shipping all over the world.
    • Domestic Shipping: Gala Kids Store ships domestically (CONUS, Lower 48) using the reliable service of the US Postal Service (USPS) and UPS (United Parcel Service). Our shipping fees for Domestic orders are as follow:
    1. STANDARD SHIPPING - Item will arrive in 7-10 Business Days
    2. EXPEDITED SHIPPING - Item will arrive in 3-5 Business Days
    3. RUSH SHIPPING - Item will arribe in 1-2 Business Days
    • International Shipping: Gala Kids Store provides international shipping all over the world through USPS and DHL. Shipping costs will be calculated on an order to order basis and might vary depending on your location.
    • Overnight Orders: On some occasions, Gala Kids Store could be able to provide overnight shipping for certain orders. Please, contact us before placing your order if you need it on a next day shipment.
    In order to comply with the guaranteed shipping times, orders must be made before 12:00PM Eastern Time. Orders made past 12:00 PM Eastern Time will be processed by the next business day.
    Please Note:
    • Shipping times are based on business days however timeframes might be affected by National and International Holidays, carrier delays, weather, customs procedures, product availability and credit card authorizations.

     

    • It’s important to provide a correctly formatted shipping address and supporting information when placing your order. Gala Kids store is not responsible for packages that couldn’t be delivered based on misinformation of shipping addresses provided by the customer upon checkout. Gala Kids Store will re-ship any returned package at the customer’s expense.

     

    • All applicable customs fees, government taxes and foreign duties are the responsibility of the customer and Gala Kids Store is not responsible for packages not being released by a Customs office on international shipments.

     

    • Gala Kids Store will provide the customer with tracking information for their package as soon as the order is shipped.
